Gourmet Shop
Our gourmet shop, located inside our Bistro, is open Tuesday to Sunday, between 11AM to 9PM

Only decadent products await you at our Bistro's fine foods shop: fresh bread, cheeses, high-end canned meals, vacuum-packed dishes, private import wines, deserts, foie gras, fair trade coffee, and much more.

Our speciality: high-end canned food
Many dishes offered at the bistro are now available in cans, a conservation method that preserves all the flavours while allowing the food to travel anywhere with you.
  • Keeps at room temperature for many years (ideal for gifts!)
  • Reheats quickly in the microwave
  • Convenient at home, while camping, boating or at the cottage.
  • All of our cans are available for purchase at our Bistro's gourmet shop and our e-store.

The complete list of our canned meals (from 5 to 15$):

  • Crème de lentilles au lait de coco (Lentil and coconut milk soup)
  • Chaudrée de palourdes et maïs (Clam and corn chowder)
  • Soupe thaïlandaise (Thaï soup)
  • Choucroute alsacienne (Alsatian Sauerkraut)
  • Coq au vin (Chicken poached in red wine)
  • Pot au feu de cerf rouge (Red dear stew)
  • Tajine de légumes (Vegetable tajine)
  • Poires au vin (Pears poached in red wine)
Our passion: private import wines
Grandest of canned goods, wine holds a special place in our establishment. We taste many wines but only a select few make it to our shelves and bar. All private imports, these wines arrive in America in limited quantites (well under 100 cases) which makes them hard to find.

Here is a small sample of our most recent imports (our complete Bistro's wine list is here):

White Wines (15-20$)

  • Hardy's Chardonnay, Australie, 2005
  • Corona de Aragon, Espagne, 2005
  • Domaine de la Colombette, France, 2005
  • Paco de Teixero, Portugal, 2005

Red Wines (15-20$)

  • La Seigneurie Costière de Nîmes, France, 2004
  • Campos Reales Tempranillo, Espagne, 2005
